This section aims at providing key information about services in support of organisations i.e. supervision, consultations, reflective practice groups and tailor-made training.
Organisations are complex systems which go through many stages and changes over time similarly to families through the life cycle. An organisation is born with a vision to serve a specific aim and purpose. It can grow, develop, adapt and change including people within it. Investing in people as resources and supporting staff is often key to delivering good standard, efficient and ethical services.
Organisations have become complex and challenging systems which sometimes require space to think and reflect on itself to re-connect with its vision and purpose.
Rainbow offers a pool of experienced supervisors who can support organisations through tailor-made training, consultations to management, reflective groups for staff, one to one consultations when issues regarding risk in safeguarding, mental health are presenting particular challenges and ethical dilemmas that need expert exploration and/or advice. We can also provide tailor-made training to suit specific needs.
We are particularly keen to provide our services to organisations which are promoting social change and social justice in the community.
