EcoSystemic Circles Groups
Are you passionate about Nature and Ecosystemic ideas?
In the last 8 years I have been developing my practice outdoors and reconnected with Nature as my therapist, and co-therapist in my work with individuals, couples and families. I have also been on a spiritual journey through a sense of belonging to Mother Earth wherever I am, in Italy my home country or the UK.
Are you interested in exploring an ecological framework that can embrace our shared identity as nature in a world that has created a disconnetion from the natural world? The climate crisis and the mental health crisis call for changing our ways of being in the world and engage in therapeutic activism.
If you are grappling with these issues you might be interested in joining an online closed group. This is based on my book Rewilding Therapy. Ecosystemic theory and practice. It is an opportunity for experiential learning, Personal/Professional Development, and learning key ecosystemic ideas. It will support you in your journey towards working outdoors. Together we will co-create a safe, creative and stimulating environment to feel connected with and supported by like-minded professionals.
The closed group is running every month on a Tuesday evening from 5.30 to 7.00pm. For more info please also visit Rainbow Community Projects Website. If you are interested please get in touch to discuss your needs.
EcoSystemic Circles -
Creative soulful journey into our spiritual self as Nature
Soulful EcoSystemic Circles

I highly valued the systemic ecotherapy space! Even though we might all have been at different stages of our systemic work or life or systemic ecotherapy experience, it felt like the course fitted me. I felt fluidity and safety in exploring self and systemic ideas. I liked the structure of each session, with some brief teaching and being followed by a group of small groups reflective discussions. I particularly enjoyed the talks about use of self and our relationship with nature and culture and the practical ideas about "how to" be in nature and with nature as a therapist. I could say more, but sometimes I struggle with words. Thank you, Chiara, for this opportunity!

I have really valued being a participant in the Ecosystemic Circles Rewilding group. The sessions were structured skilfully by Chiara who balanced giving information with plenty of time for discussion and experiential activities. It was exciting to be part of a group of people just beginning to explore the idea and maybe the practice of working outdoors, what this might mean for our work and for ourselves. The group has been really important in giving me the confidence as a newly qualified family therapist to get on and do this.
